About the event
On CT Trails Day, Sunday, June 5, Southbury Land Trust will hike the land trust's beautiful Fox Hollow Preserve with SLT's Stewardship Director, Regina Badura. The 23-acre open space parcel features a few steep inclines, bubbling brooks, a mature mixed forest of hardwood deciduous trees and evergreens. Altogether, hike is 1.2 miles in length. We will showcase recent Eagle Scout projects that have extended the trail network. There's also a new kiosk and two new foot bridges. We look forward to seeing you!
Please wear appropriate footwear.
Bring water and snack if desired.
Pet parents, dogs on leash are welcome (don't forget dog waste bags).
